What are offshore services?
Offshore services are the inspection, maintenance and construction jobs carried out at sea or over water: on platforms, subsea pipelines, vessels and quays. They include commercial diving, underwater inspection, corrosion protection, onboard tank cleaning and marine works. In Mexico, commercial diving is regulated by standard NOM-014-STPS-2000.
